Common Grounds Rules

Timberlake Homeowners Association members will receive one numbered membership card per each family member. Members must have card at all times when using Timberlake Common Grounds. Members may be asked to present card. Do not loan your card to non-members. Cards found in the possession of a non-member will be confiscated, and a fine may be assessed to the property owner. If a card is lost, a replacement card may be purchased for $5.00 each from the Homeowners Association.

Common grounds include clubhouse, pool, lake, and playground.

Smoking is NOT permitted at the clubhouse or pool.

Motorized vehicles are not permitted on the sidewalks, area around lake, or common grounds. Please park in designated areas.

Pets are not permitted in the common areas.

The clubhouse will be locked at all times, except for the back door to the swimmer's restroom. To reserve the clubhouse, please complete the Clubhouse eForm on the website. Reservations will be available on a first come first serve basis. The clubhouse may be reserved a maximum of four times in a calendar year according to the following:

Reservations may be made two times on a weekday (Monday-Thursday) and two times on a weekend (Friday-Sunday) at no charge. Additional reservations may be made on for a charge of $200. There is a separate $150 deposit and cleaning fee per use. The cleaning fee and/or deposit will be refunded in full provided the clubhouse is left in its original condition.

The pool will normally open for the season Memorial Day weekend and close following Labor Day weekend. Monday Saturday from 10am to 10pm. Occasionally, it will be necessary to close the pool for maintenance. It will be posted on the website if this happens. While using the pool area, association members under 14 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.

An association member must accompany all guests in the Common Areas. Please limit the number to two guests per association member present.

ANYONE, guest or homeowner child, under the age of 21 caught on the common grounds of Timberlake (including the pool, walking trail, fishing dock, playground, basketball and /or tennis courts) after 10pm without an adult homeowner (who can immediately provide valid proof of Homeowner Association Membership) will be considered trespassing and will suffer the consequences to the fullest extent of the law.
